Leave Bangkok early for ElephantsWorld in Kanchanaburi, where sanctuary staff guide you through food preparation, feeding, a mud bath, and river washing with elephants. After lunch, hike Erawan National Park’s falls. A professional driver such as Siri, Krit, or Artit handles the long road journey, but no dedicated tour guide is included.

“We had the most amazing 12 hours here from Bangkok up to Kanchanaburi. We were picked up from our condo at 6 am and drove up to the Elephant Sanctuary with our guide. My 2 girls and I loved learning about the sanctuary before we arrived by our guide. The Hamout were wonderful and taught us about the elephants. We got to bathe, mud, wash and feed the babies all the way up to the 81 years old grandma elephant. We had a yummy lunch then were driven to the Erewan Falls hike.
